How Extapan-D Capsule PR Works

This combination of Domperidone and Pantoprazole capsule is called Extapan-DSR Capsule. This prokinetic drug increases the movement of the stomach and intestine, allowing food to pass more easily through the stomach. Domperidone works on the upper digestive tract. It reduces acid production in the stomach, helping to relieve acid-induced indigestion and heartburn. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI).
